At LiLo, we believe that experiences can transform lives.  With each experience, we hope to engage your senses, deliver memorable delight, and create shared meaning between you and other members of the LiLo community.  We also hope that every once in a while, a LiLo experience will transcend the boundary of time, that you will discover insights about your life, your passions, and your community and the important role you play within it.  

People at the heart of everything

People are at the heart of everything we do.  We hire Experience Experts who are genuinely kind-hearted individuals, who love meeting, and getting to know, new people, who deeply cherish the opportunity to try new things and engage with the world around them, who find laughter in a quail family proudly parading by and joy in the smell of cinnamon wafting from a fresh, locally-made morning bun.

We believe that honesty and integrity are imperatives.  Trust is our greatest asset.  We will always place the health, happiness, and safety of our members above everything else.


We are committed to offering experiences that protect our natural environment.  We reduce waste and reuse and recycle materials when possible.  We buy less plastic.  We design volunteer experiences that mobilize our community to protect our watersheds and forests.  And we continue to further our own education so that we can evolve our sustainable practices.


We make it a priority to get involved and make a difference in the lives of our communities. We design volunteer experiences that mobilize the collective talents of our members and, each year, we give a portion of our profits to local education, local disaster relief efforts, local food banks, local environmental protection efforts, and local non-profits that help isolated seniors.
